Terms of Service

Draft — this is not legal advice.

1. Subject matter

aiwebstudio is a SaaS service that allows users to generate complete websites using artificial intelligence (text, images and video). The service is a product of the WeblabFactory ecosystem, operated by Weblabfactory (VAT IT10698181210).

2. Account and access

Access to aiwebstudio is provided through Single Sign-On (SSO) via airouter, the authentication and LLM gateway of the WeblabFactory ecosystem. Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any activity carried out through their account.

3. BYOK generative engines

aiwebstudio supports a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model: users may connect their own API keys for image and video generation engines (Higgsfield, MuAPI, fal.ai, ModelArk). Provided API keys are encrypted at-rest using the Fernet algorithm.

Costs incurred through the use of such engines, and the contractual terms with those third-party providers, are the sole responsibility of the user. aiwebstudio is not liable for output produced by third-party providers or for their service policies.

4. Studio credits and payments

The service is available through monthly subscription plans and pay-per-use (PPU) top-up packs. Payments are handled by Stripe, acting as payment processor.

Studio credits included in the monthly plan reset and renew each billing cycle; they do not roll over. Credits purchased as PPU top-ups do not expire.

Amounts paid are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

5. Publishing and user content

The user is solely responsible for all content generated, uploaded, or published through aiwebstudio. Weblabfactory reserves the right to remove content that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or these terms, without prior notice.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, Weblabfactory is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to the terms

Weblabfactory reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered users with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the place where the Data Controller is established, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
